Natural Disasters cannot be predicted as Nature is above All , Yesterday Flash Floods after Cloud Burst in Mandi ( Himachal Pardesh ) the situation become Havoc when the Flash Flood Water swept away Six Buses and killed Four Innocent People damaging private and Government Property in Dharampur falling in District Mandi .
