INDIA AND U.S. TIES STRENGTHENING AND BOTH THE COUNTRIES COMING CLOSER TO EACH OTHER, As U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj had a “meeting of minds” between the two countries on the issue of terrorism and to mount international pressure on Islamabad, pointed to the “continuing problem of cross-border terrorism that India and the larger region face from Pakistan” John Kerry , on his part, said, “I made it very clear that United States stands in strong partnership with India against all terrorism, no matter from where it comes from, no matter what form it takes. As I said, there is no good terrorist, bad terrorists. Terrorism is terrorism.”. Secretary Kerry agreed on the need for Pakistan to do more to bring the perpetrators of the 2008 Mumbai and 2016 Pathankot terrorist attacks to justice quickly.” As Kerry said that United States continues to support all efforts to bring perpetrators of Mumbai and Pathankot attacks to justice… We stand fully behind the Indian demand that there be justice…The two countries also agreed to boost counter-terrorism cooperation by enhancing intelligence sharing, screening of terrorists, exchange of information on known or suspected terrorists.

MY EFFORTS TOWARDS JALANDHAR CITY DEVELOPMENT DURING 2007-2012 One of my Friend has asked me number of Questions on the issue of Development in Jalandhar City . Really I had earlier quoted that in the present arena the memories are short lived . As during my tenure in 2007-2012 I had got completed Two Fly Overs within a stipulated period one is Lyallpur Khalsa College Flyover and the other is B.M.C. Chownk Fly Over , Apart from this re construction of Guru Gobind Singh Stadium . As I had brought 100 crore addition Funds for the Development of Jalandhar City apart from the routine Budget to provide basic civic amenities in the Areas specially in the areas of Chugguti , Ladwewali , Kot Ram Dass , Karol Bagh , Rama Mandi , Birring , Dakoha as these areas needed development and providing of basic civic amenities .Even though in most of the areas the then Chief Minister and Cabinet Minister represented the areas but .................... Development was always in Question .

MY CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES IN JALANDHAR FROM 1997-2002 AS PUNJAB HEALTH MINISTER ,Good Morning , One of my Friend asked me that Can you quote the achievements of you that your have done for Jalandhar City . As memories are always short lived Really during my first term as M.L.A. and Punjab Minister from 1997-2002 , keeping in mind providing Health Services to the People of Jalandhar City , I arranged funds for re-construction of new Building of Civil Hospital Jalandhar the inauguration was done by Chief Minister Punjab S Parkash Singh Badal and my self and similarly the completion was done in a record time and the new reconstructed building inauguration was the then done by me . Similarly I along with Chief Minister S Parkash Singh Badal laid the foundation stone of Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences ( P.I.M.S.) A specialized Hospital cum Medical College and arranged funds for the construction of the same , which was completed in a record time , Apart from this I arranged funds for providing various Developments of various works relating to Medical Services for the People of Jalandhar City . I am writing on the Face Book Wall because memories are short lived and Questions are asked time to time quoting of the past Developments .

PRIME MINISTER NARENDER BHAI MODI SHOWS PAKISTAN OCCUPIED KASHMIR (P.O.K.) MIRROR TO PAKISTAN FROM THE RAMPARTS OF RED FORT ON 15 Th AUGUST 2016 while in his address from the Red Fort ramparts Prime Minister Narendra Modi signaled a distinct hardening of posture on Pakistan, for the first time raising the Baluchistan and POK issues in an Independence Day speech. As highlighting Pakistan's failings in POK and Baluchistan has gone down well with India's strategic community. Has already accused Pakistan of involvement in the current spurt of violence in J&K, in stoking violence post the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani. Islamabad has thrown substantial diplomatic capital into the battle, working in the UN. DISABILITY CAN NEVER BE A HURDLE FOR NATION BUILDING .I today unfurled the National Tri Color at Basant Hills , Rama Mandi - Hoshiarpur Road , Jalandhar in a function organized by Madav Sewa Society ( a Social Organization ) . The Children dressed in colorful dresses performed cultural programme based on Punjabi Folk Songs . While addressing at Basant Hill I said that India will soon be a super power and described the achievements of Prime Minister Mr Narender Modi . I said that Indian Economy is on the positive side and the G.D.P. has increased sharply to 7.5 Percent suppressing the China's G.D.P. . I said that the president of the Society Mr Vivek Joshi is truly dedicated towards noble cause being 100 percent disabled he has done LLB, LLM and now doing PHD . I said that at present I salute Mr Vivek Joshi as he has adopted 61 Children and educating them , really a positive attitude towards Literacy Drive and Nation Building . While Mr Vivek Joshi said that disability has never been a hurdle in his life , if one has a strong will he can achieve whatever desire he or she has in his mind in the arena of education . He said that he feels happy in educating the students free of cost and he has one vision and that is he wants to see his ability , vision in the students to whom he is providing free education . Others present were Subash Joshi , B.J.P. Senior Leader Puneet Shukla , Rajat Mohindru , Jawahar Sood , Ashish Chopra , Councilor Gurmeet Singh Duggal and others were present
In another programme I unfurled the National Tri- Color Ladewali in Government Primary School where the students dressed in dresses organized cultural programme .
