MY EFFORTS TOWARDS JALANDHAR CITY DEVELOPMENT DURING 2007-2012 One of my Friend has asked me number of Questions on the issue of Development in Jalandhar City . Really I had earlier quoted that in the present arena the memories are short lived . As during my tenure in 2007-2012 I had got completed Two Fly Overs within a stipulated period one is Lyallpur Khalsa College Flyover and the other is B.M.C. Chownk Fly Over , Apart from this re construction of Guru Gobind Singh Stadium . As I had brought 100 crore addition Funds for the Development of Jalandhar City apart from the routine Budget to provide basic civic amenities in the Areas specially in the areas of Chugguti , Ladwewali , Kot Ram Dass , Karol Bagh , Rama Mandi , Birring , Dakoha as these areas needed development and providing of basic civic amenities .Even though in most of the areas the then Chief Minister and Cabinet Minister represented the areas but .................... Development was always in Question .
