Pun Bus services in which the Bus fare was mere 10 Percent more then the Ordinary Fare and this service was very convenient for the common man . He said that the then Punjab Transport Minister Master Mohan Lal had inaugurated this service . As I agreed with him that the A.C. Service was really successful for common man in which the Bus Fare was a mere 10 Percent more then the Ordinary Bus Fare . As at present also there is a need of such A.C. Bus Service in which the Bus Fare is not more then 15 Percent then the ordinary Fare .

As the Farmers from today on wards start harvesting their yield of Rabi crop and in the Punjab History the day of Baisakhi has importance as the tenth Guru of the Sikhs Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji laid the foundation of Khalsa ( the Sikh Brotherhood ) in 1699 and established Khalsa Panth at Shri Anandpur Sahib ( Roper ) in Punjab .

" SAKSHARTA ABHIYAN " AND CHALO SCHOOL CHALE HUM " are the slogans a Gate way towards Literacy Drive . As Union and state Government are committed towards curbing the menace of illiteracy due to "RIGHT OF EDUCATION " . Similarly I had also raised the issue of carrying Heavy School Bags by the Children to their schools in the Punjab Assembly in the past . As the school Bags of the Kids are highly weighted due to the number of Books and Copies and some times it makes difficult for the Kids to carry their school Bags . As at present the major issue that has hit the headlines of the Newspapers is the hike in the Fees Structure of Private Schools . As the Union and state Government should form a regulatory Committee to decide the Fess structure in various Private schools as per the available Infrastructure in their Schools . .

I had in the past raised this sensitive issue of distribution of Mid day Meals in the schools in the Punjab Assembly during a debate that the distribution of the Mid Day Meals be brought under the supervision of the Parents of the Students under Parents Teachers association ( P.T.A. ) as this will certainly benefit the students in regard to the up to the mark Quality and hygienic Quality of items to be distributed among the Students of the school .

I had recommended that the Members / representatives in the Parent Teacher’s association be made from the students studying in the school, as they can take up the issue with the concerned authorities of the school during the meeting regarding their discrepancies or the problems faced by the students or by the parents in the school and the issues can be amicably settled.

As the Fees Structure of the Government Schools are within the limit of the Common Man. It is pertinent to note that when their were very small chunk of Private schools most of the Students used to study in Government Schools and used to become Doctors , Engineers and even being selected in Government and Indian Allied Services .Even I used to study in Government School .

"SPEED THRILLS BUT KILLS" these are the signboards that sometimes come to our notice on National Highways .Yesterday Head on collision accident of the Bus of Cambridge International School , Dasua on the Hajipur -Dasua road killing innocent Children had sent shock waves in the area .I am really shocked with this ill fated accident and term the accident as unfortunate and strongly condole the death of innocent Children . Who so ever be responsible for this accident but one thing is clear that following the Traffic rules by the vehicle owners and to seriously implementation of traffic rules is the duty of the traffic police . To check the Speed Limits of the Vehicles "Speed Governors " should be strictly installed in the Four Vehicles having capacity of more then Ten Passengers and similarly implementation of the installation of Speed Governors be made mandatory in trucks , Buses , Vehicles having capacity of more then Ten passengers for the safety and security of the travelers travelling in the vehicles .

The U.P. Chief Minister Mr Yogi Adityanath have waived loans of small farmers and similarly now the eye are on Punjab in regard to the waiving of Loans of Small farmers . A STEP TOWARDS BOOSTING SECOND GREEN REVOLUTION IN (U.P.) ...........Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at the first meeting of his cabinet on Tuesday, announced his government’s decision to waive loans of Rs 36,359 crore taken by about 94 lakh small and marginal farmers in the state. The waiver amount includes Rs 5,630 crore loans of 7 lakh farmers whose accounts were declared non-performing assets (NPAs) by banks. B.J.P had promised to waive crop loans of small and marginal farmers. During the poll campaign, Prime Minister Narendra Modi too had promised loan waiver of farmers if his party were to come to power in the state. Really B.J.P. has done it What it had promised in the Pre-Assembly Election Period in Uttar Pardesh .

Similarly Honorable Supreme Court of India have halted the Sale of Two Wheeler's and Four Wheeler's having BS-III Engine w.e.f 31 st March 2017 and ordered to manufacture BS-IV Engine Vehicles .
