"SPEED THRILLS BUT KILLS" these are the signboards that sometimes come to our notice on National Highways .Yesterday Head on collision accident of the Bus of Cambridge International School , Dasua on the Hajipur -Dasua road killing innocent Children had sent shock waves in the area .I am really shocked with this ill fated accident and term the accident as unfortunate and strongly condole the death of innocent Children . Who so ever be responsible for this accident but one thing is clear that following the Traffic rules by the vehicle owners and to seriously implementation of traffic rules is the duty of the traffic police . To check the Speed Limits of the Vehicles "Speed Governors " should be strictly installed in the Four Vehicles having capacity of more then Ten Passengers and similarly implementation of the installation of Speed Governors be made mandatory in trucks , Buses , Vehicles having capacity of more then Ten passengers for the safety and security of the travelers travelling in the vehicles .
