Though we may not agree with the views of a dignitary of any country , the protocol in respect to that dignitary which he enjoys by virtue of his post must be observed . The person sitting on the Constitutional post must adhere to in letter and spirit otherwise it will have a cascading effect upon the relations between the countries .
