MY CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES IN JALANDHAR FROM 1997-2002 AS PUNJAB HEALTH MINISTER ,Good Morning , One of my Friend asked me that Can you quote the achievements of you that your have done for Jalandhar City . As memories are always short lived Really during my first term as M.L.A. and Punjab Minister from 1997-2002 , keeping in mind providing Health Services to the People of Jalandhar City , I arranged funds for re-construction of new Building of Civil Hospital Jalandhar the inauguration was done by Chief Minister Punjab S Parkash Singh Badal and my self and similarly the completion was done in a record time and the new reconstructed building inauguration was the then done by me . Similarly I along with Chief Minister S Parkash Singh Badal laid the foundation stone of Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences ( P.I.M.S.) A specialized Hospital cum Medical College and arranged funds for the construction of the same , which was completed in a record time , Apart from this I arranged funds for providing various Developments of various works relating to Medical Services for the People of Jalandhar City . I am writing on the Face Book Wall because memories are short lived and Questions are asked time to time quoting of the past Developments .
