I am the regular visitor of Shree Devi Talab Mandir as Devotee on every Tuesday for the last 40 Years or so . Municipal Corporation Jalandhar has recently built the Tanda Road perfectly . Not a month has passed the said road has again been dug up to lay Road Gullies on the either side of the newly built main Entrance of Shree Devi Talab Mandir . The Berms on the side of which Road Gullies have been built are on the higher side as compared to that of Bikaner Shop side . Thus during Rainy Season the Water will get collected and remain stranded on the opposite side of the road where the Road Gullies have been built . Municipal Corporation Jalandhar is in the habit of executing development works without proper planning and thinking after completion about the left out works , there by dismantling the completed works to re-lay the left out works , thereby making the newly built road smarter with patches, of-course with lavish spending of scarce resources.
