History Predicts that India have always honestly extended hands of Peace towards Pakistan . As Indian Prime Minister's in the past and now Mr Narender Modi have also extended hand of peace towards Pakistan , but it seems that Pakistan has never been sincere towards its commitments made on the sensitive issues of Militants ,Terrorism for a joint mechanism how to curb the menace of Militancy which is always threat to Unity and Integrity , Peace , Prosperity and above all trying to destabilize the process of Peace Talks . Proxy War cannot be ruled out by the neighbors as Infiltration across the border and violating ceasefire at Line of Control on and often is creating atmosphere of anguish among the people residing near the International Border on the Indian Side .
