India needs a second "White Revolution" , The manifold increase in the Population and the desire of the masses to enjoy drinking of Milk and enjoy eating its by products to keep the balance of demand and supply of milk the need of time is of second White revolution . As at present the Farming sector is heading towards Second "Green Revolution ". It is the appropriate time that Prime Minister of India Narendera Modi should emphasize and boost White revolution through his MANN KI BAAT Programme on Radio and by framing a Policy that leads the country towards White revolution .
