I Congratulate the Scientists of Indian Space Research Organization ( I.S.R.O.) for its commercial launch capability reached a new high when it successfully launched PSLV-C-28 carrying Five U.K. Satellites . Really it is a great feat for Indian Scientists who have done a great job for India and will carry out successful missions in future .It is a great feat under the Governance of Prime Minister of India Mr Narendera Modi .
