The Prestigious Trains Rajdhani Express , Shatabdi Express Trains in which Breakfast / Lunch / Evening Tea , Dinner are included in the Ticket , Catering of these Trains needs immediate attention in regard to the Quality of Food or meal served to the Passengers of the Train . As many Complaints figures in the News Papers in regard in to the lapse in the Quality of Food . The Passengers complaint there anguish in this regard in the Newspaper's as the news are highlighted due to the items not up to the mark or are unhygienic creating hindrances in the minds of the passengers in regard to consumption of the items served in the Train . The Union Railway Minister Mr Suresh Prabhu should compliance and redeem the complaints on war footing in regard to the unhygienic items if supplied to the Passengers in prestigious Trains . Railway is committed for Hygienic Food to the Passengers where dinner /meals are charged in the Ticket . As I have personally also written compliant in regard to the items served in Shatabdi Express Train .
