"Right to Education " Children from the Age of Four onward are entitled for Education may be residing in rural or Urban areas . This Right to the Education is a drive towards Hundred Percent Literacy in Rural and Urban Area'a . Earlier Literacy Drive " Saksharta Abhiyan " proved to be fruitful specially in the rural areas when the people of old age started learning , writing . Prime Minister Narender Modi vision towards revolution in literacy drive through Right to Education is a great success . The Government sponsored schools through out the country needs Infrastructure Development , Latest Equipment's relating to Information and Technology , Computers , Science Labs so that the students in Government Schools can prove there talent . Earlier the students from Government Schools and Colleges showed there talent and succeeded in getting admissions in various streams like Medical , Non Medical etc .
