Pakistan seems to be not be committed and sincere towards fulfilling its commitments to curb the menace of Militancy and Militants . Cross Border Terrorism and Proxy War by Pakistan cannot be ruled out as the Indian Security Forces have caught second Militant in less then a month period alive in Kashmir . Pakistan should conceal to the versions of Militants that these caught Militants belong to Pakistan and now the ball is in the Pakistan's court whether they want to shun boosting of Terror , Militancy and Militant's to create atmosphere of Peace between both the countries India and Pakistan .
