Pakistan have always tried to create atmosphere of Terror through cross border terrorism . Earlier Punjab have suffered Militancy for more then one decade and the major sufferer was the Development . The alive catch of Pakistan Militant in J&K is a proof to prove the neighbors hand in boosting Militancy and creating atmosphere of Terror through Cross Border Terrorism . Pakistan boosting Terror and Militancy can upset the prospects of future Peace Talks , As Pakistan should be sincere towards its commitment of curbing militancy and those boosting Terror .
