Pakistan dose not seems to be fulfilling its commitments once again as the the talks between India and Pakistan National Security Advisor's have been called off as Pakistan seems to not serious on the issue of Militants . Indian Prime Minister Narender Modi had honestly extended his hand for Talks in Ufa , Russia on the sensitive issues of Militants , Militancy but once again Pakistan Authorities have derailed the talks of National Security Advisor's in New Delhi . Pakistan seems to be in dilemma over taking up the sensitive issues like Militants , Militancy with Indian Authorities .
