Punjab needs a special Economic Package from the Union Government for Second Industrial Revolution , Green Revolution and White Revolution in Punjab . Punjab Being a Border State and remained disturbed during the days of Militancy the People of Punjab with there sincere efforts always tried there best to boost the Economy may be through Agriculture or Industrial Sector . As the need of time is a special Economic Package for Punjab which will certainly pave way for second Green , Industrial and White Revolution .
