Good Morning Friends... At Noon Sun is soaring and Mercury is rising, Drink Water Regularly and Wear Light Color Cotton Clothes in scorching Heat. If Possible keep Earthen Pot filled with water on your roof top for Birds so that they can quench their thirst.   

सुप्रभात मित्रों... दोपहर को सूरज अपने चरम सिखर पर होता है और पारा चढ़ जाता है। नियमित रूप से पानी पिएं और चिलचिलाती गर्मी में हल्के रंग के सूती कपड़े पहनें। यदि संभव हो तो पक्षियों के लिए अपनी छत पर पानी से भरा मिट्टी का बर्तन रखें ताकि वे भीषम गर्मी में अपनी पानी की प्यास बुझा सकें।

ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸਵੇਰ ਦੋਸਤੋ... ਦੋਪਹਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਰਜ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਖਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਾ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਗਰਮੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਪੀਓ ਅਤੇ ਹਲਕੇ ਰੰਗ ਦੇ ਸੂਤੀ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਾਓ। ਜੇ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਛੱਤ 'ਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਘੜਾ ਰੱਖੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪੰਛੀ ਤੇਜ਼ ਗਰਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਿਆਸ ਭੁਜਾਏ ਸਕਣ।
