सुप्रभात मित्रो .."विकास" एक सतत प्रक्रिया है, सरकार बदलती रहती है लेकिन विकास कार्य जारी रहते है, जनता ही अपने जनादेश से राज्य सरकार के प्रदर्शन का निर्धारण करती है और जनता हमेशा अपने मताधिकार के अधिकार के प्रति जागरूक रहती है।

ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸਵੇਰ ਦੋਸਤੋ.. "ਵਿਕਾਸ" ਇੱਕ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਹੈ, ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਬਦਲਦੀਆਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਇਹ ਜਨਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਫਤਵੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੋਟ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
