Today the word "TERROR " has engulfed the Whole Global , As in the Past India was levying charges of boosting terror , militancy on the neighboring country but the neighboring was keeping on denying the allegations framed by the Indian Government regarding Proxy war or boosting Terror , Militancy . As the Attack on Paris by the ISIS who have owned the responsibility in which number of innocent have lost their lives have raised many Questions in regard to the Peace and Bilateral Talks between various countries that will the peace talks yield positive results ? As it is now that all the countries should stand united against those countries which are directly or indirectly indulged in creating atmosphere of Terror and frame a policy to curb the menace of Militancy with an Iron Hand .Indian Prime Minister Narender Modi is always focusing on the major issue of Militancy and Terror and for All Around Development to curb menace of Militancy is the need of time .
