The Coward and Barbaric Act of the Terrorists in Paris in which innocent People have lost their lives is inhuman . The World has been stunned with this incident and the incident is being deplored through out the Global . I condemn this coward Act of Terror , It is the appropriate time that all the Countries in the World should collective work out a mechanism to curb the menace of Terror with an Iron Hand .
