"TERROR " word puts peace lover in dilemma , Terror chokes the Development of a particular country , state where Terror has engulfed . The recent incidents of Terror in Paris which shocked the Global , the France Government has left no table upturned to curb the menace of Terror .The time has come to curb the menace of Terror , Militancy with an Iron Hand . World needs peace , prosperity and development and to achieve all these first Terror and those indulged in creating terror be dealt firmly with an Iron Hand . Punjab in the past faced a decade of Militancy and the People of Punjab know the price they had to pay in regard to the innocent's who lost their lives for Unity and Integrity and All Around Development that faced a great set back .
