Punjab Mr Manoranjan Kalia said in a Press statement that What happened in
Patiala today and afterwards in Amritsar is the result of sheer inexperience of
A.A.P Government in Punjab which failed to take pre-emptive measures to avert
the clash . Punjab Chief Minister S Bhagwant Singh Mann who is Home Minister
also kept his fingers crossed and allowed the clash to occur. The way the
situation was tackled in Patiala confirms the arrow of suspicion towards what
S. Gurpatwant Singh Pannu (S.F.J) said of Financing A.A.P. during Punjab
Assembly Elections.

BJP, Punjab and Former Cabinet Minister in a Press Statement said that The
Knowledge Sharing Agreement signed between Punjab and Delhi State by Chief
Minister Delhi Sh. Arvind Kejriwal and S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, Chief Minister
Punjab is basically "Power Sharing Agreement" and an instrument to
allow Sh. Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister Delhi to rule Punjab by proxy. It is pertinent to note
that before announcing free power of 300 units in Punjab, the top bureaucrats were called to Delhi by Sh.
Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister Delhi which had a Sharp repercussion in
Punjab. The said Knowledge Sharing Agreement has been carved out to cover up.
Sh. Kalia further said that It is an attack
on the federal structure of the country and attempt to subvert the constitution of India. Chief
Minister Punjab S. Bhagwant Singh Mann by
not taking the people of Punjab into confidence before signing the said Agreement, has betrayed the
People of Punjab and has compromised the interest, pride and status of Punjab.

Agreement) है ताकि आप पार्टी के सुप्रीमो
श्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल मुख्यामंत्री दिल्ली परोक्ष रूप से पंजाब पर अघोषित पंजाब के मुख्यामंत्री के रूप में सत्ता चला सके I उल्लेखनीय
है कि पंजाब में 300 यूनिट मुफ्त बिजली की
घोषणा से पहले, श्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल मुख्यामंत्री दिल्ली ने पंजाब सरकार के सीनियर
ऑफसरों को बुलाकर दिल्ली में बैठक की थी , जिसकी पंजाब में तीवर अलोचना

के संघयिये ढांचे पर कुठाराघात है और भारत के सविधान को पलटने का भी कुप्रयास है I

Bhagwant Mann, Chief Minister Punjab whether the memorandum of understanding is
going to be signed between The
Government of Delhi and the Government of Punjab in the name of public welfare
program concerning 18 Department of Punjab
Government ? Basically in the garb of M.O.U., the control of Punjab
Government will be shifted in the hands of Sh. Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister
Delhi State and he will be de-facto Chief Minister of Punjab. If so, It will be
attack on the federal structure of the Country and attempt to subvert the
Constitution of India. Sh. Kalia said that the people of Punjab must be taken
into confidence before signing the memorandum of understanding between Punjab
Government and Delhi Government. Thus Sh. Bhagwant Mann Chief Minister Punjab must spell out the truth and put it in the public
