Today is the 45 th Anniversary of JUDGEMENT delivered by JUSTICE JAGMOHAN SINHA set- asiding the Election of the then Prime Minister of India Late Smt Indira Gandhi. At that time there were no computers. The Judgement was got typed on the Type Writer . The staff of the court were not allowed to go home and were made to remain in the Court in order to keep the judgement Secret . The said judgement became the root cause of promulgation of the Emergency which in turn became the root cause of change of Government in the Center in 1977 Parliament Elections with the installation of Janata Party Government headed by Prime Minister Late Sh Morarji Desai .
