Kalia Former Minister & Former State President BJP Punjab strongly
condemned the statement of Chief Minister Captain Amrinder Singh of sending
"RSS Cadres to the battle ground" (at Indo-China Border). Such type
of statement is not expected from such
person who himself had served as
Captain in the Army. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is a Cultural &
Nationalistic organization who had
played a dominant role in helping the Army during 1962, 1965 and 1972 wars.
It is pertinent to note
that in recognition to the active support of RSS to the Army during 1962 war against
China, the first Prime Minister of India
Late Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru invited RSS Swayamsevaks to join the march-past on January,
26,1963. Consequently a contingent of 3000 RSS Swayamsevaks
joined the Republic Day Parade in 1963.
To involve the RSS by Captain Amrinder Singh amounts to Politicalising the
serious National issue of Indo-China Border dispute, whereas the Government of
India is adhering to the Indo-China
agreement signed in 1996, in
which there is Article I , "Neither side shall use its military
capability against the other side. No armed forces deployed by either side in
the border areas along the line of actual control as a part of
their respective military strength shall be used to attack the
other side, or engage in military
activities that threaten the other side or undermine peace, tranquility and
stability in the India-China border areas." Thus
Chief Minister Captain Amrinder Singh has not read the Indo-China agreement
1996.
Sh. Kalia advised Chief Minister Captain Amrinder Singh to show
solidarity with the Country as you have been doing so in the past on the other
National issues like Balakot surgical strikes etc. and don't be swayed by the CHILDISH
LEADERSHIP OF CONGRESS.

श्री मनोरंजन कालिया पूर्व मंत्री पंजाब व् पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भाजपा पंजाब ने मुख्यमंत्री कप्तान अमरिंदर सिंह के उस ब्यान की भर्तसना की है जिसमे उन्होंने " राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के स्वयंसेवकों को भारत चीन बॉर्डर पर भेजने की बात कही है"I इस तरह का ब्यान ऐसे व्यक्ति को शोभा नहीं देता जो आप फ़ौज में कप्तान के उहदे पर रहा हो I राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ एक सांस्कृतिक और राष्ट्रवादी संस्था है जिसने 1962 , 1965 और 1972 के युद्ध में फ़ौज की मदद करने में एहम भूमिका निभाई है I
उल्लेखनीय है कि राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के 1962 के भारत- चीन युद्ध में भारतीय सैना को दिए गए सक्रिय सहयोग को देखते हुए, भारत के पहले प्रधानमंत्री स्वर्गीय पंडित जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के स्वयंसेवकों को 26 जनवरी 1963 को होने वाले गणतंत्र दिवस पर मार्च- पास में हिस्सा लेने के लिए निमंत्रण दिया I राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के 3000 स्वयंसेवकों ने 1963 में गणतंत्र दिवस की परेड में हिस्सा लिया I राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ को शामिल करके कप्तान अमरिंदर सिंह ने भारत - चीन सीमा विवाद के गंभीर राष्ट्रीय मसले का रजिनीतिकरण करने की कुचेष्टा की है Iजबकि मोदी सरकार 1996 भारत -चीन समझौते की पालना कर रही थी , जिसके आर्टिकल- 1 में यह साफ़ लिखा है, कि कोई भी पक्ष अपनी सैन्य शक्ति का दूसरे के खिलाफ प्रयोग नहीं करेगा I भारत चीन सीमा के लाइन ऑफ़ एक्चुअल कण्ट्रोल के दोनों तरफ कोई भी पक्ष अपनी समर्था के अनुसार शास्त्र सैना नहीं लगाएगा जिससे एक दूसरे पर हमला हो सके और अमन शांति और भारत-चीन सीमाओं के स्थाईत्व को खतरा हो सके I इससे यह साफ़ जाहिर है कि कप्तान अमरिंदर सिंह ने 1996 का भारत -चीन समझौता पड़ा ही नहीं है I
श्री कालिया ने मुख्यमंत्री कप्तान अमरिंदर सिंह को सलाह दी है कि वह देश के साथ उसी तरह एकजुटता दिखाएँ जिस तरह उन्होंने अतीत में राष्ट्रीय मुदो पर दिखाई थी जैसेकि बालाकोट एयर स्ट्राइक क़े समय, सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक क़े समय और कप्तान अमरिंदर सिंह को कांग्रेस पार्टी क़े बचकाना नेत्तृत्व क़े पीछे नहीं लगना चाहिए I
