OLD MEMORIES, OLD IS GOLD......Good Morning ..From the Window of History----The above-mentioned 51-Years old news-cutting of The Tribune pertains to the Time when my father Late Sh. Manmohan Kalia became Minister on September 29, 1969 in the Government of the then Chief Minister Justice Gurnam Singh. The Oath of Office & Secrecy was administered by the then Governor Late Sh. D.C. Pavate. The above mentioned Black & White family-Photograph was clicked immediately after the Oath taking ceremony. My Younger Sister Nandini & Myself are also present is this Picture having Blue Arrow Marking. I vividly remember I was wearing maroon Shirt & white Short at that time.
