MEMORABLE CLICK , OLD MEMORIES ,OLD IS GOLD .........History repeats itself ------The Black & White Photograph depicting Film Star Late Dev Anand and my Father Late Sh. Manmohan Kalia the then  Local Bodies Minister Punjab was clicked in 1969 on the occasion of  Dev Anand's visit to  Chandigarh to get the exemption  of  entertainment tax in Punjab on the Film "Prem Pujari" .  I remember that Dev Anand came to my father with Late Sh. Satpal Katyal (Extreme left in Photo) who was the owner of Naaz Theatre & the Film distributor of Prem Pujari and was good friend of my father.  The said photograph pertains to Ministerial Office in Civil Sectariat  Chandigarh.

Exactly 30 years later, Dev Anand came to Punjab in 1999 in connection with a visit to Pakistan with Late Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee Former Prime Minister of India in a Bus ------A mission of peace. The Colored Photograph depicting Dev Anand and myself, the then Health & Family Welfare Minister along with  others was clicked at the Wagha Border Amritsar.
