I Welcome the historic decision of Prime Minister Narendera Modi in regard to One Rank One Pension .Despite huge financial burden, the government has taken a decision to implement the One Rank One Pension . As the arrears will be paid in four half-yearly installments , as widows, including war widows, to be paid arrears in one installment .
