One of my Face Book Friend Mr Sushil Kumar Suri from Central Town , Jalandhar City had forwarded me a suggestion in regard to the Railway Ticket Booking Reservation Windows . He said that there are Five Railway Ticket Booking Reservation Windows at Railway Station , Jalandhar , He said when he visited for Reservation of Tickets but was shocked to witness that only Two Ticket reservation Booking Windows were functioning , As one was general and other was of Senior Citizens/Ladies . Mr Suri said that even though other facilities of Railway Ticket Reservation are available at Railway Booking Agencies / Internet are available but even though most of the people visit Railway Station to get there Seats Booked in various Trains . As Mr Suri said this is the major problem I ensure Mr Sushil Kumar Suri Ji that I will be forwarding your suggestion to the Union Railway Minister Mr Suresh Prabhu , General Manager , Northern Railway , Divisional Regional Manager , Ferozepur , Station Superintendent , Jalandhar to ensure that all the Five Reservations Windows are functional during the Reservation Time for the convenience of Jalandhar Public and forward Representation for regular running of Jalandhar City- Katra and Katra- Jalandhar City Fast Passenger which was is running on temporary trial till 2 nd Oct 2015 . As number of People have requested me of forwarding the request to Union Railway Minister which I will be forwarding at the earliest for appropriate action from the Railway Ministry .
