KEJRIWAL PUT THE SYL SOLUTION IN PUBLIC DOMAIN:------KALIA

Sh. Manoranjan Kalia Former State President BJP Punjab and Former Minister

Punjab in a Press statement said that since the vexed issue of SYL canal is sub-

judice and Supreme Court bench has asked the Chief Ministers of Punjab &

Haryana to meet and negotiate amicable settlement, instead of responding in

affirmative by Chief Minister Punjab S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, AAP Supremo

Sh. Arvind Kejriwal Chief Minister Delhi attempted to topsy-turvy the

directions set by the Supreme Court by giving the uncalled statement of

putting the SYL issue in Centre's court. Sh. Kalia asked Kejriwal let Chief

Minister Punjab S. Bhagwant Singh Mann should handle the issues of Punjab

himself and do not over shadow the Chief Minister Punjab S. Bhagwant Singh

Mann by giving uncalled statement. Sh. Kalia advised AAP Supremo Sh. Arvind

Kejriwal not to interfere in the sub-judice matter in Supreme Court. Sh. Kalia

further said that if Sh. Arvind Kejriwal AAP Supremo really has solution to SYL

issue, put it in public domain, Why does AAP Supremo Sh. Arvind Kejriwal

want to tell SYL solution in secrecy to Prime Minister? The vexed SYL issue is

more than half century old. The Governments of different Political parties

namely, Congress, Akali Dal and Akli BJP alliance had been taking their own

party line in Punjab time to time on SYL issue and acted accordingly. Now

Time has given the reins of Governance in Punjab to AAP. The Aam Admi Party

should spell out its own stand on SYL issue.

विज्ञप्ति में कहा कि SYL नहर का विवादास्पद मुद्दा सुप्रीम कोर्ट के विचाराधीन है और

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बैंच ने पंजाब और हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्रियों को आपस में मिल बैठने और

सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में बातचीत दुवारा समझौता करने को कहा है। बेहतर होता स.

भगवंत सिंह मान मुख्यामंत्री पंजाब सुप्रीम कोर्ट बैंच दुवारा दिए गए निर्देशों का सकारात्मक

जवाब देते, इस से पहले ही श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल मुख्यमंत्री दिल्ली ने पेचीदा SYL मुद्दे

को मोदी सरकार के पाले में डालने का अनावश्यक बयान देकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा

निर्धारित निर्देशों को उलटने का प्रयास किया। श्री कालिया ने कहा कि पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री स.

भगवंत सिंह मान को पंजाब के मुद्दों को खुद संभालना चाहिए और आप सुप्रीमो श्री

अरविन्द केजरीवाल पंजाब के मसलों पर बयान देकर पंजाब के मुख्यामंत्री स.

भगवंत सिंह मान पर हावी होने का परियास ना करे । आप सुप्रीमो श्री अरविंद

केजरीवाल सुप्रीम कोर्ट में विचाराधीन SYL मामले में हस्तक्षेप ना करे। श्री कालिया ने आगे

कहा कि अगर AAP सुप्रीमो श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के पास वास्तव में SYL मुद्दे का समाधान

है, इसे सार्वजनिक करे I क्यों AAP सुप्रीमो श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल SYL का समाधान

गोपनीय तरीके से प्रधानमंत्री को बताना चाहते है ? जटिल SYL मुद्दा आधी सदी

से भी ज्यादा पुराना है। विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों की सरकारें, अर्थात् कांग्रेस, अकाली दल

और अकाली-भाजपा गठबंधन समय-समय पर पंजाब में SYL मुद्दे पर अपनी अपनी

पार्टी लाइन लेती रही है और उसी के अनुसार कार्य करती रही है। अब वक्त ने पंजाब में

सरकार की बागडोर आप आदमी पार्टी को सौंपी है । आम आदमी पार्टी को SYL मुद्दे पर

अपना रुख स्पष्ट करे I
