( Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences )

मेरे सभी मित्रों को सुप्रभात, आपका आज का दिन मंगलमय हो .........दोआबा के लोगों को सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्वास्थ्य और चिकित्सा सेवाएं प्रदान करने का मेरा सपना , 1997-2002 मे बतौर निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधि और पंजाब के मंत्री के रूप में सिविल अस्पताल में एक भवन का पुनः निर्माण और जालंधर में प्रतिष्ठित परियोजना का उद्घाटन P.I.M.S. (पंजाब इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंसेज) करवाने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ था.
