क्या आप जानते है कि A.M. और   P.M. संस्कृत के अंग्रेजी में अपभ्रंश (Distorted ) शब्द  है? 

हमे बचपन से ये रटवाया गया, विश्वास दिलवाया गया कि इन दो शब्दो *A.M. और P.M.* का मतलब होता है .. 

*A.M. : एंटी मेरिडियन (ante meridian)*

*P.M. : पोस्ट मेरिडियन (post meridian)* 

*एंटी यानि पहले, लेकिन किसके ?*        

*और पोस्ट यानि बाद में, लेकिन फिर वही सवाल, किसके ?*

 ये कभी साफ नही किया गया क्योंकि ये चुराय गये शब्द का लघुतम रूप था 

""किसके = जहां कारक खुद गौण है"" 

हमारे प्राचीन संस्कृत भाषा ने इस संशय को अपनी आंधियो में उड़ा दिया और अब, सबकुछ साफ साफ दृष्टिगत है

A.M. = आरोहनम मार्तण्डस्य Aarohanam Martandasya

P.M. = पतनम मार्तण्डस्य Patanam Martandasya

सूर्य, जो कि हर आकाशीय गणना का मूल है, उसीको गौण कर दिया, कैसे गौण किया ये सोचनीय है और बेतुका भी। भ्रम इसलिये पैदा होता है कि अंग्रेजी के ये शब्द संस्कृत के उस 'मतलब' को नही इंगित करते जो कि वास्तविक में है ... मार्तण्ड का अर्थ है सूर्य I मार्तण्ड को अपभ्रंश होके अंग्रेजी में मेरीडियन (meridian) बन गयाI 

*#आरोहणम्_मार्तडस्य् Arohanam Martandasaya यानि सूर्य का आरोहण (चढ़ाव)* 

और 

*#पतनम्_मार्तडस्य् Patanam Martandasaya यानि सूर्य का ढलाव* 

दिन के बारह बजे के पहले सूर्य चढ़ता रहता है आरोहनम मार्तण्डस्य (AM), बारह के बाद सूर्य का अवसान, पतन होता है 'पतनम मार्तण्डस्य' (PM)

Do you know A.M.  and P.M. are the distorted words of Sanskrit ? 

*All these days, we were made to believe that, the terms A.M. and P.M. stands for :* 

*A.M.  -   ante meridian* 

*P.M.  -    post meridian* 

( _ante_ of *what*)  and  ( _post_ of *what* )  never clarified ... !!!

               itself is missing) 

Now our ancient *Sanskrit* texts have blown off the ambiguity and *the things are now Cristal clear* 

Just take a look:- 

*A.M. =  Aarohanam Marthandasya* 

*P.M.  =  Pathanam Marthandasya*

The ‘Sun’ who is vital to the calculation remains un-mentioned. This is unthinkable and unjustifiable. That lacuna arises because it is not realized that the letters A.M. and P.M. are the initials of the hoary Sanskrit expressions -

 *(आरोहणम् मार्तडस्य्) Arohanam Martandasaya*

 _(i.e. the climbing of the sun)_ 

and

 *(पतनम् मार्तडस्य्) Patanam Martandasaya*

 _(i.e. the falling of the sun)_
