Water is precious and we all should pledge to Save every Drop of water keeping in mind the declining Under Ground water Table Level in Punjab specially in various areas of Foot Hills of Shivalik Mountains ( Kandi area ) .Saving Every Drop of Water and Crop Diversification will certainly reflect for achieving the ultimate target of Second Green Revolution in Punjab .
