Yesterday deputation of B.J.P. Senior Leaders met me at my residence and apprised me of some problems faced at Jalandhar Railway Station . They said that the Display Board of Coach numbers is not available at the Railway Station , Similarly the train 14033/14034 Kashmir Mail running between Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to Delhi and back its stoppage at Jalandhar have been terminated and now its stoppage is at Jalandhar Cantt . The deputation said that it is not justice for the people of Jalandhar as the train running from more then Five Decades have been diverted through Jalandhar Cantt . Similarly a shuttle D.M.U./E.M.U may be introduced between Jalandhar City - Jalandhar Cantt Railway Station from 8 P.M. to 7 A.M. in the morning . The deputation said that similarly display board of Train coach numbers be also introduced at Jalandhar Cantt Railway Station along with extension of Shed at Platform number 2/3 . I assured them that I will take appropriate action from my end please .
