"RIGHT TO EDUCATION " is the right of Every Indian and the need of time is of a new mechanism that How to fill the vacant seats in the Engineering Colleges and other Institutions relating to Technical Education , Engineering in various streams in Punjab . What ever may be the reason but the need of time is to frame a new Technical Education Policy so that the vacant seats in the Engineering Colleges get filled . As at present the desire of the students for educating themselves is becoming Abroad as their destination .
