Punjab Financial Budget 2016-2017 presented by Finance Minister S .Parminder Singh Dhindsa in the Punjab Assembly is a all around growth oriented and visionary Budget towards development in Punjab and in the budget all the sections of the society have been kept in mind may be the Social Welfare Schemes , Education Sector , Agriculture Sector or the Infrastructure Development to provide basic civic amenities to the People of Punjab . Keeping in mind the Industrial Sector many more benefits for the Punjab Industries have been focused in this Budget .
