Sh. Manoranjan Kalia Former Minister Punjab and Member National Executive Bharatiya Janata Party expressed deep shock and grief over the sad demise of S. Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa Former Member Parliament and Former Minister Punjab after long illness in Fortis Hospital Mohali. S. Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa veteran Akali Leader had a long Political Career of more than 50 years and worked for Punjab, Panjabi and Punjabiat. His death has left a Political void which is difficult to be filled in near future. May God give courage  to his son S. Parminder Singh Dhindsa Former Finance Minister Punjab and the other family members of the bereaved  to bear this irreparable loss. S. Dhindsa was the contemporary of my father Late Sh. Manmohan Kalia Former Minister Punjab. Two generations of Kalia family had the chance to work with him.

श्री मनोरंजन कालिया पूर्व मंत्री पंजाब एवं राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी सदस्य भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने श्री सुखदेव सिंह ढींडसा पूर्व सांसद एवं पूर्व मंत्री पंजाब के लंबी बीमारी के बाद फोर्टिस अस्पताल मोहाली में निधन पर गहरा सदमा एवं दुख व्यक्त किया है। श्री सुखदेव सिंह ढींडसा वरिष्ठ अकाली नेता थे, जिनका 50 वर्षों से अधिक का लंबा राजनीतिक जीवन था और उन्होंने पंजाब, पंजाबी एवं पंजाबियत के लिए काम किया। उनके निधन से एक राजनीतिक शून्य पैदा हो गया है, जिसे निकट भविष्य में भरना मुश्किल है। ईश्वर उनके सपुत्र  श्री परमिंदर सिंह ढींडसा पूर्व वित्त मंत्री पंजाब और अन्य शोक संतप्त परिवार के सदस्यों को इस अपूरणीय क्षति को सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करें।श्री ढींडसा मेरे पिता श्री मनमोहन कालिया पूर्व मंत्री पंजाब के समकालीन थे। कालिया परिवार की दो पीढ़ियों को उनके साथ काम करने का मौका मिला।
