Executive Bharatiya Janata Party and Former Minister Punjab in a Press
statement said that Bharatiya Janata Party has condemned the December 04th 2024
attack on S. Sukhbir Singh Badal Former Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab when he
was performing the Sewa as Sewadar at the entrance of Sri Harimandir Sahib,
levied by Jathedar of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib. The recent statement of S. Ravneet
Singh Bittu the Union Minister of State for Railways eulogizing the attacker is
not in the Party's line. Any statement scoring
brownie points politically which has the
cascading effect of damaging political and social fabric of Punjab, there by
denting communal harmony should be avoided.

श्री मनोरंजन कालिया सदस्य राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी भारतीय जनता पार्टी और पूर्व मंत्री पंजाब ने एक प्रैस विग्यप्ति में कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने पंजाब के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री स. सुखबीर सिंह बादल पर 04 दिसंबर 2024 को हुए हमले की निंदा की है जब वह श्री हरिमंदिर साहिब के प्रवेश द्वार पर सेवादार के रूप में सेवा कर रहे थे जोकि श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब के जत्थेदार
द्वारा लगाई गई थी । केंद्रीय रेल राज्य मंत्री स. रवनीत सिंह बिट्टू का हमलावर की प्रशंसा करने वाला हालिया बयान पार्टी के अनुरूप नहीं है। ऐसे राजीनीतिक बयान से गुरेज करना चाहिए जोकि पंजाब के
राजीनीतिक और सामाजिक ताने-बाने व्
साम्प्रदायिक सद्भाव को अन्तोगत्वा
नुक्सान पुहंचाता हो ।
