Old Memories:- Today Jalandhar is celebrating 149th Shree Harivallabh Sangeet Sammelan (December 27,28,29). Below is the 55 Years old News Paper Photograph cutting of Vir Partap depicting the opening of 94th Harivallabh Sangeet Sammelan by my father Late Sh. Manmohan Kalia, the then Local Government Minister. Late Sh. Dwarka Dass Sehgal, Late Sh. Kasturi Lal and the then Superintendent of Police S. Sukhpal Singh were present on the occasion. Sh. Kalia gave Rs. 1100 as grant.
