I from the core of my heart extend my Happy Greetings and Congratulations to all of you on th Festival of Baisakhi . May this Festival of Baisakhi bring happiness , prosperity . As the Farmers from today on wards start harvesting their yield of Rabi crop . In Punjab , Baisakhi has great importance as the tenth Guru of the Sikhs Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji laid the foundation of Khalsa ( the Sikh Brotherhood ) in 1699 and established Khalsa Panth at Shri Anandpur Sahib ( Roper ) in Punjab .
