Guru Arjan Dev ji completed the construction of Sri Darbar Sahib at Amritsar and installed Adi Granth in the Sri Harimandir Sahib. Guru Arjan Dev ji was arrested under the orders of Mughal Emperor Jahangir, the tyrant and asked to convert into Islam. Guru Arjun Dev ji refused and was tortured & executed in 1606. Naman........
