श्री मनोरंजन कालिया पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भाजपा व् पूर्व मंत्री पंजाब सरकार ने एक

प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी के सुप्रीमो , श्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल

मुख्यमंत्री दिल्ली ने चंडीगढ़ में हुई 29-06-2021 प्रेस कांफ्रेंस व् उसके बाद

शुद्दिकरण पत्र जारी करके यह घोषणा की थी कि आम आदमी पार्टी की पंजाब में

सरकार आती है , 300 यूनिट बिजली सभी बिजली उपभोग्ताओ को मुफ्त दी

जायगी I आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार आने पर मुख्यमंत्री श्री भगवंत मान ने

यह घोषणा की कि 300 यूनिट मुफ्त बिजली देने की गरंटी एक जुलाई से लागू

होगी और यह भी कहा गया की 300 यूनिट मुफ्त बिजली SC/ST व् Freedom

Fighter को दी जाएगी I अब जब की 300 मुफ्त बिजली की घोषणा को लागु

करते समय कई शर्ते लगा दी है I जब की 300 यूनिट मुफ्त देने की घोषणा करते

वक्त अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कोई शर्त नहीं लगाई गई थी परन्तु यह पूरा ज़ोर देकर

कहा गया था की 300 यूनिट सभी घरो को मुफ्त दी जाएगी I

केजरीवाल गुरंटी के 300 यूनिट मुफ्त बिजली देने की घोषणा को लागु

करते समय, मुख्यमंत्री श्री भगवंत मान ने कई शर्ते लगा दी I अगर SC/ST

Category के लोगों को केजरीवाल गॅरंटी के 300 यूनिट मुफ्त बिजली की सुविदा

लेनी है तो 1 KW का बिजली का कनेक्शन होना चाहिए I

दूसरी शर्त यह है कि अगर बिजली का Load 1 KW से ज्यादा और 2 महीने में

600 यूनिट बिजली की खपत की है तो SC/ST Category के लोगों को पूरा

बिजली का बिल देना पड़ेगा I General Category पर Sanctioned Load

की कोई शर्त नहीं है परन्तु अगर उनकी बिजली की खपत 2 महीने में 600 यूनिट

से ज्यादा है तो General Category को सारे बिजली के बिल का भुक्तान करना

पड़ेगा I इस तरह से आम आदमी पार्टी ने पंजाब को लोगों के साथ धोखा किया है

और पंजाब के लोग अपने आप को ठगा महसूस कर रहे है I

Sh. Manoranjan Kalia Former State President B.J.P. and Former Minister

Punjab in Press release said that at the time of implementation of the

election promise, "Kejriwal's Guaranty of 300 unit free electricity per

month", Sh. Bhagwant Mann Chief Minister Punjab has not

implemented Kejriwal's guaranty in toto what was promised. It is

pertinent to note that Aam Aadmi Party Supremo Sh. Arvind Kejriwal

Chief Minister Delhi in a Press Conference held at Chandigarh in 29-06-

2021 promised, "300 unit of free electricity per month for each

household in the State if Aam Aadmi Party win the polls".

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann at the time of

implementation of Kejriwal's guaranty of 300 units of free electricity has

put riders. A rider of 1 KW load has been put on the SC/ST category to

avail Kejriwal's guaranty of 300 units free electricity. Another rider has

been put on the SC/ST category to avail the said benefit if load is more

than 1 KW and units consumed in 2 months is more than 600 units, the

consumer of SC/ST category will have to pay the full bill of electricity. For

the rest of general category there is no condition of sanctioned load but if

their consumption increased by more than 600 units monthly consumer

of general category will be charged full. Thus Aam Aadmi Party has

played treachery to the people of Punjab and people of Punjab felt

slighted.
