I happen to find 46 Years old card issued on 8 th March 1976 on the occasion of International Women's Day by my mother Late Mrs. Kadamvari Kalia . In the said card , my mother extended greetings on behalf of herself and my father Late Sh Manmohan Kalia , Former Minister Punjab . At that time , my father was arrested during Emergency under MISA , lodged in Ferozepur Central Jail . I am pasting the said 46 Years old card below .
