Leaders ,Workers , Grass root level cadre has started meeting with the masses through Mass contact programmes highlighting the failuer of the Congress Government in regard to the carrying out Development Works at low pace or halting of various Development projects which were to be completed within time shedule . If any Development works are beinbg carried out in Smart Cities it is due to the funds released by the Union Government under Smart City Funds . The People of Punjab are witnissing Infighting between Punjab Congress Leaders bringing Development works to stand still or at low pace .
