I strongly condemn in strong words the attack on Sh. Arun Narang, MLA. . Despite that the Police was present in sufficient number Sh Arun Narang was not only thrashed but his clothes were torn . If an elected representative is not safe , the plight of safety of common man can well be imagined . The law and order has totally collapsed in Punjab. I demand from the President of India that the President's rule be imposed in Punjab .

मैं विधायक श्री अरुण नारंग पर हमले की कड़े शब्दों में भर्त्सना करता हूँ , गौरतलब है की पंजाब पुलिस भारी संख्या की मजूदगी में विधायक श्री अरुण नारंग की न केवल पिटाई की गई बल्कि उनके कपड़े भी फाड़ दिए गए। यदि एक निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधि सुरक्षित नहीं है, तो आम आदमी की सुरक्षा की दुर्दशा की कल्पना की जा सकती है। पंजाब में कानून-व्यवस्था पूरी तरह से ध्वस्त हो गई है। मैं भारत के राष्ट्रपति से मांग करता हूँ कि पंजाब में राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाया जाए।
