Today is the Birth Centenary of Former Prime Minister of India Sh I.K. Gujral , He had a Multi Faceted personality , Statesman , Noble Politician...., a writer and had a heart full of Human kindness . He was the true son of the soil . He always used to be nostalgic when ever he visited Jalandhar as he spent childhood at Jalandhar . I had a very warm and cordial relations with him . He always used to remember my Father Late Sh Manmohan Kalia when ever I met him . Sh Gujral Ji specially came from Delhi to pay tributes to my Father on the 12 th Death Anniversary in 1998 . The Photographs pertain to that time . Another Photograph where Sh Gujral is standing in between with me and Deepak Jalandhari was snapped during 1989 Lok Sabha Elections at Jalandhar . At that time I campaigned as a District General Secretary B.J.P. , Jalandhar campaigned for him . His son Mr Naresh Gujral M.P. is also following the foot steps of his father and is taking the legacy of his father Mr I.K. Gujral further in Indian Polity.
