festival symbolizes the victory of Lord Rama Ji who defeated demon Ravana and
rescued his abducted wife Goddess Mata Sita Ji . On this special day, devotees
make huge effigies of Ravana and burn it. This tradition and ritual symbolizes
the victory of good over evil. Dussehra is one of the grand festivals which is
celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm. People further even also enact
scenes from Ramayana and showcase the final moments of the battle which is full
of enthusiasm Soon, after the fight the actor who plays the role of Lord Rama
burns the effigy. He points an arrow with a flaming tip and burns all evil
things on this day,
