I express deep shock and grief over the sad demise of Smt. Sheila Dikshit a veteran Congress Leader. Smt. Sheila Dikshit served Delhi State as Chief Minister Thrice and had a multi-faceted personality----------A noble politician, an able administrator and a gentle lady. Her demise has left a political void especially in Congress. May God grant peace to the departed soul and give courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
