Punjab needs new agriculture policy towards "Diversification of Crops " specially in the areas where the Under ground Water Level table is declining sharply . As the scientists of Punjab Agriculture University are trying their best to educate the Farmers in regard to the Diversification of Crops keeping in mind the declining under ground Water table level in various areas in Punjab . As it is the appropriate time for the Farmers in Punjab to give priority to the " Crop Diversification "" in Punjab so that Punjab can halt the declining under ground water Level table and once again the under ground water Table Level rises .It is now for the Agriculture University Scientists to educate the small farmers so that after the diversification of crops they can yield bumper crops and gain financially in the coming years .
