" Development is an on going process , it is the masses to differentiate and access the speed and volume of Development works being carried out in regard to providing Basic Civic amenities, Roads , Fly overs , Bridges and Infrastructure Development in the Urban areas and specially in the rural areas by the past B.J.P-S.A.D.(B) Government and the present Congress Government in Punjab .Masses are the better judge .
